Motorcyclist Killed In Fatal Hicksville Crash

A motorcyclist was killed after a fatal collision with a car on Jerusalem Avenue in Hicksville, New York just before 5pm Monday evening.

Jerusalem Avenue remains shut down in both directions near Gem Court for a police investigation after a fatal collision involving a motorcycle. At around 4:55pm, police officers arrived on the scene of the serious accident and found a critically injured victim, the operator of the motorcycle.

Emergency crews began CPR on the unresponsive victim and transported them to the Nassau University Medical Center, where they were pronounced dead.

Nassau County Police are investigating the circumstances that led up to the fatal crash that claimed the life of the motorcyclist.
