DIX HILLS, N.Y. — A 16-year-old driver is accused of running a red light and causing a crash that overturned a mulch-hauling tractor-trailer in Dix Hills Saturday morning, seriously injuring the truck driver. The crash shut down part of the Long Island Expressway service road for nearly eight hours.
