Man Injured, Suspect At Large in Bedford Stuyvesant Shooting

A man was injured in a shooting on Bainbridge Street in Bedford Stuyvesant earlier Tuesday afternoon. Police are searching for the suspect that reportedly fled in a vehicle.

Police responded to Bainbridge Street in Bedford Stuyvesant, Brooklyn at 1:18pm for a report of a person shot. The victim, who is in an unknown, but non-serious condition, was transported to a local area hospital after being shot on the left side of his body an unknown number of times.

NYPD called a level one mobilization and requested additional units to search the area for the shooter. Police say the suspect fled the scene in a dark grey Honda with tinted windows.
