Man Arrested After Door Smashing Rampage In Oakland

PITTSBURGH, PA - A man was arrested by police after shattering multiple glass doors on McKee Place in the Central Oakland neighborhood of Pittsburgh early Thursday evening.

University of Pittsburgh police officers responded to a call of a man destroying multiple doors of apartment buildings on McKee Place early Thursday evening.

Numerous glass doors to apartment buildings were shattered or completely broken as a result of the destructive rampage.

The man was arrested and taken to a local area hospital for a psychological evaluation.
