Early Morning House Fire Damages Uniondale Home

UNIONDALE, NY - A home on Larboard Court was damaged after an early morning fire sparked, prompting multiple fire departments to respond to the scene early Sunday morning.

At around 1:40AM on Sunday morning, the Uniondale Fire Department and Nassau County Police Department responded to a home on Larboard Court in Uniondale after a reported fire.

Firefighters and police officers arrived on scene and confirmed that there was a fire inside the home.

Resources from the Hempstead, North Bellmore, Freeport and Roosevelt Fire Departments were all requested to assist with battling the flames inside the residence.

The fire was brought under control by fire crews at around 2:35AM.

The cause of the fire is currently unknown.

There were no reported injuries as a result of this fire.
