Boat Beaches on Popular Long Island Beach

A medium-sized boat washed up on shore of a popular Long Island beach early Sunday afternoon.

The Town of Oyster Bay Public Safety and Bay Constables responded to Ransom Beach, a Town of Oyster Bay owned beach, for a report of a vessel washing ashore. After arriving on the scene, a medium-sized vessel was found run aground on the beach.

All occupants on the boat were able to escape injury and exit the boat onto the beach.
