42-Year Old Woman Stabbed To Death In North Bellmore Domestic Disturbance

NORTH BELLMORE, NY - An apparent domestic disturbance resulted in the death of a 42-year old woman inside a North Bellmore home late Thursday night.

At around 11:40PM on Thursday night, the Nassau County Police Department received multiple 911 calls reporting a possible domestic disturbance occurring inside a house on South Bismark Avenue near the intersection of Little Neck Avenue in North Bellmore.

When 1st Precinct officers arrived on scene, they found a 42-year-old woman who was stabbed to death inside the home, according to police.

The unidentified victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

A crime scene was established and South Bismark Avenue was shut down entirely for multiple hours between Little Neck Avenue and Lawrence Road.

UPDATE 10/7/2022 at 6:00PM:

The Homicide Squad of Nassau County Police reports that they have arrested the suspect wanted in connection with the homicide. Anthony Paruolo, 37, was arrested and is charged with Murder in the 2nd Degree. The suspect will have a bedside arraignment at a local area hospital on October 8th, according to police.

The Nassau County Police Department identified the victim as Danielle Paruolo, 42, of North Bellmore.
