Levittown Woman Robbed At Gunpoint In Her Driveway

LEVITTOWN, NY - A woman from Levittown was robbed at gunpoint in the driveway to her own home on Ridge Lane early Wednesday night.

Nassau County Police responded to the victim’s Ridge Lane residence at around 6:30PM on Wednesday night after she called 911 reporting that she was robbed at gunpoint on her property.

The victim, 52, arrived at her house and was approached by an unidentified man. The man pulled out a handgun and demanded money from the victim. The man, described as a male black, 18-25 years old, 5’7” – 5’8” tall, wearing a beige hooded sweatshirt, then forcibly took the victim’s pocketbook which contained a phone, wallet, credit cards, and money. The robber fled southbound on Ridge Lane.
